Exercise is a good habit

　　　Exercise　is a good　habit. I like exercising　very　　much.
　　　Exercising　makes　me　healthy and happy. I take　exercise at school in the morning. I exercise twice a week. It takes me one hour to exercise each　time. I run, sometimes　I　play　basketball.　I think　both running　and　playing　basketball are good for health.I feel happy after exercising. I will insist on exercising.
