HI，I am a 14-year-old hight school student .I like taking exercise every day. I always run in the morning. I have a lot of good habits. I always eat breakfast and I usually eat vegetables and fruit.
I think they are good for my health. I usually drink a cup of milk before going to bed. I watch TV once a week. However ，I have some bad habits . I hardly ever eat fast food. Because it is not good for my health. I sometime
stay up late. And I never go to the dentist for teeth cleaning.
I do not think my lifestyle is good. I will sleep early. I hope to have a better life.
