Topic: child soldiers and the use of youth and children in 21st century civil warfare 　

  　

　　As we all know, child soldiers is the problem of the whole world, because of the war, they have to face hard facts and have to kill others in order to protect themselves. Worse, some of them think fighting is their games, so they kill people without mercy with cruel ways. Anyway, we must face the truth that there are more than 300000 child soldiers all over the world by 2008, accounted for almost 1/4 of the total number of soldiers. 　

　　When is the end? Vietnam has paid much attention to the problem of child soldiers, and we want them to lead peaceful life and have a happy childhood. 　

　　Convention on the Rights of the Child came into effect on September 2, 1990 and it encourages four principles, one of them is that respect the fundamental rights of children，and we should try our best to make sure all the children have right to survival and development. 　

　　Vietnam also learns from eastern countries to put in a large amount of money to protect children from being hurt. Since 2003, UN supports Vietnam to solve the problem. The project is good for the children who are in trouble and propel the situation forward. 　

　　 Although we ever have child soldiers, and that is because we cannot but, now we are in peace, so in our opinion, we should follow the UN, prevent children be abducting and transiting, avoid being recruited again. 　

　　In order to protect our future, some measures must be taken and we hope the whole world can get together to save our children.
