Once upon a time（从前）， there were three bears, Father Bear, Mother bear, and Baby Bear.

One morning, Mother Bear made some porridge（燕麦片） and while the porridge was cooling down, Father Bear said “Let’s go for a walk!” So they did.
一天早上，熊妈妈做了些燕麦片，把燕麦片倒进碗里了。熊爸爸说：“我们出去走一走吧！”它们就出去了。
Somebody else was out for a walk that morning. It was Goldilocks. When she came to the bears’ house, Goldilocks could see three bowls of porridge.
“Ooh… I’m rather hungry!” said Goldilocks. So she tried the first bowl. It was too hot.
它们走了以后，金发女孩来了，她来到熊的房子那儿，她看见有三碗燕麦片。
“噢……我饿了！”金发女孩说。她尝了第一个碗，太烫了。
The second bowl was too cold.
The third bowl was just right, so she eat it all up.
第二个碗又太凉了。
第三碗正好，她把那碗吃光了。
Then Goldilocks said “Oh, I’m rather tired.” So she went upstairs.
She tried the first bed. It was to hard.
金发女孩又说：“噢，我累了。”她走上了楼梯。
她试了第一个床。太硬了。
The second bed was too soft.
The third bed was just right, so she fell fast asleep.
第二个床太软了。
第三个床正好，她很快就睡着了。
Soon the three bears came back.
Father Bear said “Who’s been eating my porridge?”
Mother Bear said, “Who’s been eating my poorridge?”
不久，三只熊回来了。
熊爸爸说：“谁把我的燕麦片喝了一口？”
熊妈妈问：“谁把我的燕麦片喝了一口？”
Baby Bear said, “Somebody’s beening eating my poorridge and they’re all eat it up!”
熊宝宝说：“有人把我的燕麦片全喝了！”
The three Bears went up stairs.
Father Bear said, “Who’s beening sleep in my bed?”
Mother Bear said, “Who’s beening sleep in my bed?”
三只熊上了楼梯。
熊爸爸问：“谁在我的床里睡过觉了？”
熊妈妈问：“谁在我的床里睡过觉了？”
Baby Bear said, “Someone is sleeping in my bed and she’s still there!”
熊宝宝说：“有人在我的床里睡觉，她还在那儿呢！“
When Goldilocks saw the three bears she was so surprised（惊讶） she ran straight（直着） down the stairs.
“Ooh… do stay and play with me,” said Baby Bear.
金发女孩看见了三只熊，她很惊讶，朝楼下跑去。
“噢……留下来和我一起玩嘛。”熊宝宝说。
So Goldilocks did play with Baby Bear and Mother Bear made some more delicious（美味的） porridge.
金发女孩就和熊宝宝一起玩了起来，熊妈妈又做了些美味的燕麦片。
